本课程是针对非物理海洋学专业学生开设的描述性物理海洋学。课程介绍物理海洋学的含义,具体包括海洋维度、形状;海水的物理性质;海水特征分布;海气物质、盐度和热通量;海洋观测方法介绍和数据分析;大洋环流基础;重力波、潮波和近岸动力过程;五大洋介绍;全球变化。通过课程学习使学生熟悉物理海洋基本现象,掌握物理海洋基本概念,了解物理海洋与其它学科的关系,为以后物理海洋方向的继续学习打下基础。
This descriptive physical oceanography is fornon-physical oceanography students to learning the basic concepts. These include: ocean dimensions, shapes; physical properties of seawater; typical distributions of water characteristics; mass, salt and heat budgets; data analysis concepts and observational methods; dynamical processes for descriptive ocean circulation; gravity waves, tides and coastal oceanography; five oceans; global change. Though this course students should know the phenomenon of physical oceanography; and familiar with the concepts and their relations with other disciplines. This course is the basic for the future physical oceanography learning.
