作为浙江大学工科类、信息类院系中招收国际生最多的学院，自2013年以来，海洋学院共招收培养来自30个生源国的国际生113人。截至2021年12月，在籍国际生61人，其中全日制硕士研究生26人，全日制博士研究生35人。为响应国家“一带一路”建设思路，现生源主要来自巴基斯坦、尼日利亚、坦桑尼亚、印度尼西亚、菲律宾、缅甸、柬埔寨等“一带一路”沿线国家。海洋学院始终坚持国际化办学，旨在通过加强感知中国的教育来传播中国文化，切实助力“知华、爱华”国际友人培养体系的构建。

Currently, with the maximum number of international students among all the engineering and information colleges of ZJU, Ocean College has enrolled 113 international postgraduates from 30 countries totally since 2013. Until December, 2021, there are 61 international postgraduates, including 26 full-time Master’s students and 35 full-time PhD students. In response to the “One Belt and One Road” (B&R) development concept of China, the international students are primarily from B&R countries such as Pakistan, Nigeria, Tanzania, Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, and Cambodia. Staunchly, Ocean College adheres to the internationalized educational philosophy all the time, aims to disseminate Chinese culture through strengthening the perception of China, and promotes the construction of “Knowing China and Loving China” training system conscientiously.
