I. Related problems of Campus Card

1. Reporting the loss of Campus Card

    First method: visit http://elife.zju.edu.cn, input Student Card Number and password to report the loss.

    Second method: Take your ID card to the Campus Card Service Department of campus to report the loss.

2. Reissue the Student Card

    Take your ID card to the Campus Card Service Department of campus to reissue a new student Card.

3. Relieving of reporting of loss

    To relieve the reporting of loss of Campus Card, please take your ID Card of Student Card to Campus Card Service Department.

4. Campus Card is frozen for no reason.

5. When accessing to Campus Card System, it shows the Campus Card number is not existed.

    Reason: The stuff card number is used for Campus Card, but the account in the Campus Card System is ID number not the account registered.

First method: please rebind the Campus Card with the Student ID as the card number in Campus Card Service Department.

Second method: Please log into the Comprehensive Services Website with Campus Card Number and password, not the student ID.

II. Related matters to Campus Card and Bank Card (ABC, BOC, ICBC, CBC)

1. Binding Campus Card and Bank Card

Under default state, Campus Card of stuff and students is binded with Bank Card for salary and tuition fee, respectively.

If the Campus Card is lost and be reissued, you should set up binding of Campus Card and bank card again.

2. Transferring between Campus Card and Bank Card doesn’t work

First situation: Rebind the right Bank Card with the Campus Card in Bank.

    Second situation: Rebind the Campus Card with Bank Card if they are not binded.

3. Cancel the Auto-transferring function between Bank Card and Campus Card

    Cancel the function of Close Auto-transferring function on the transfer Machine.

4. There is no record in Campus Card of deduction of money from Bank Card

    The money has been transferred to Campus Card, and it will show when consuming in the Canteen next time.

Related matters with Electronic Account

1. How to open Electronic Account

    When applying for Formal Card and Functional Card, the Electronic Account is opened. If there are omissions, one can open it in the Campus Card Service Department or call 87951669 to open it.

2. How to put money into Electronic Account

First method: Transfer money from Bank Card to Electronic Account.

Second method: Transfer money from Bank Card to Electronic Card on the Transfer Machine.

Third method: Transfer money from Alipay App.

Fourth method: Put money into Electronic Account in the Campus Card Service Department.

3. How to withdraw money from Electronic Money

    Transfer money from Electronic Account from Bank Account on Transfer Machine.

   If students have left campus, they can cancel return the money when cancelling the Campus Card.

4. Transfer between Electronic Account and Campus Card

  Transfer money from Electronic Account from Bank Account on Transfer Machine.

5. Cannot pay the fees for Band 4 and Band 6 by Electronic Account (It shows the Electronic Account is not existed or not matched with the information of the account).

Connect Campus Card and VPN

1. How to connect Campus Card and VPN Account

    Generally, the VPN Account was auto-binded with Campus Card, when opening new VPN account; one should fill his or her Campus Card Number. If the Campus Card was lost or needed to reissued, one should rebind the VPN account with the new Campus Card in Center of Information Technology. If there are omissions, one can call 87951669 to bind.

2. When paying the VPN, it shows the bank balance is not enough

    The VPN is not charged directly from Campus Card but the Electronic Account, the inform means the balance of Electronic is not enough. Users can charge into Electronic Account by Transfer Machine, Campus Card Service Department, they pay the Internet fee. 

III. Related matters to Password

1. Forgetting of password

    The initial password usually is the last six number of ID Number or ‘888888’. With ID card and Campus Card, students can change the password in Campus Card Service Department when forgetting the password.

2. The Account and password of online transferring

    The account and password of online transferring is the number and password of Campus Card respectively. Under default state, the password is the last six numbers of ID Card.

3. Change the login password of Unified Identity Authentication

    Logging into the Unified Identity Authentication, click the ‘Password Reset’.

IV. Self-help Terminal Service

   The services of Self-help Terminals include the basic functions like self-help auto-transferring, paying for VPN fee, which is deducted from account of Campus Card.
