MARINE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY is a basic course for international graduate students. The course is designed to introduce students to the past, the present, and the future of marine information technology, especially the use of electromagnetism, acoustics, and optics in the oceans. Teachers who specialize in teaching in the three directions of ocean electromagnetics, ocean acoustics, and ocean optics will be invited to give thematic presentations to explain to students the core content of each field of ocean information, and how the corresponding technologies can support the development of ocean technology.
